Our in-store Chef, Tony Lucas, has been in the culinary business for 30 years. His initial plan, however, did not have the culinary field as his primary focus. He started out in other fields such as art and brick masonry, but eventually followed his brother’s footsteps into the culinary business, securing an apprenticeship with the Hilton Hotels.
Chef Tony has worked at many food venues including a variety of hotels, restaurants, country clubs and health care positions prior to coming to FoodSource. Chef Tony has a well-rounded repertoire of specialties from traditional comfort foods to international delights. He and his staff prepare all of FoodSource’s specialties from scratch in the Chef’s Kitchen daily using the freshest quality ingredients.
