Vegetable Accompaniments

  • Grilled Asparagus
    Fresh sprigs of asparagus seasoned and grilled al dente, then tossed in your choice of raspberry vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette, or citrus shallot butter.
  • Green Beans
    Stir-fried green beans tossed in Szechwan-style sauce
  • Grilled Vegetable Medley
    A seasonal variety of garden fresh vegetables including eggplant, red bell pepper, yellow squash and zucchini, flavored with fresh herbs and olive oil.
  • Sesame Snow Peas
    Crisp Asian style snow peas tossed with sesame seeds in a Szechwan-style sauce.
  • Honey Glazed Baby Carrots
    Baby carrots served in a honey cumin glaze.
  • Cajun Corn Sauté
    A kicked up Cajun seasoned creamed yellow corn with a medley of minced vegetables.
